I originally graduated from physical education teaching, but of course the work does not end there.

I have been doing sports as long as I can remember, there is no problem with it, but eating healthy, do not remove foods that are not good for me from my life. It has been 7-8 years since I became aware of these, I was not aware of this before.

Sports activities that are not supported by a good diet do not give the results we want, it is proven by experience.

I would like to tell you about an example of my day;

I am an active private sports coach. I eat 3 meals a day because I start the day too early and finish too late. I exercise for 1 hour every day and I have finished my dinner by 7 pm.

Everyone's diet should vary according to their own life flow, for example, if I start the day at 10-11 in the morning, 2 meals will be enough for me and I don't need more. If I have a desire to eat more, it is psychological. On busy days or if I have low-calorie main meals, I also make snacks, here you should especially choose refined sugar-free and preferably gluten-free products.
